Service Description
This class meets all fall & winter. Our lessons are built around building confidence within art, developing artistic skills through using different media and techniques and doing different projects each term. And of course to enjoy making art!! The theme/art for the class changes each week. Check Instagram to see the theme for each week... some art includes: Fashionista- each month will feature a class of fashion! Learn to draw your model, and then we create the outfits! 3D acrylic painting, acrylic painting, water color mobiles, just to name a few. Things to note: Day & Time: Tuesdays: October: 14th, 21st, 28th November: 11th & 18th December: 2nd, 9th, 16th What to bring: water & a lite snack. What to wear: clothes that will be ok if they get a little paint on them! What is provided: lite snacks, apron, all art supplies. Cost: $35

Cancellation Policy
1.Tiny Elephants Studios, LCC (TES, LCC) reserves the right to cancel or postpone any program or activity due to insufficient enrollment or any other unforeseen circumstance. If TES, LCC cancels a class or workshop, tuition payment will be refunded in full to the student. No refunds will be given to student cancellations within 2 weeks of the start date of the class. 2.TES, LCC reserves the right to photograph any work, class, student, or event, & use images for promotional &advertising. 3.TES, LCC is not responsible for any injury, loss, or illness resulting from the use of TES, LCC’s services & premises. All students accept full responsibility for personal injury/or personal losses.  4.TES, LCC strives to provide a supportive, & safe educational environment for the students. To support our goals, we have adopted a Code of Conduct to be adhered to by all students, faculty, and visitors of TES, LCC. TES, LCC reserves the right to remove any person deemed to be in violation of the Code of Conduct at any time without incurring obligations. Any behavior or conduct that is disruptive to a TES, LCC program, exhibit, or event will not be tolerated. This includes any behavior or conduct that threatens the safety or comfort of any person in or on the property of TES, LCC, including students, employees, and visitors; is a danger to themselves or others and/or interferes with TES, LCC’s ability to support its core mission, including classes, workshops, & special events. TES, LCC has the right to determine if a behavior or conduct is in violation of the Code of Conduct. 5. Weather: In the event of a closure due to inclement weather, an announcement, TES, LCC will contact students enrolled in classes and/or workshop, special event attendees, via phone, text, or email. You can also sign up for text alerts. To sign up for text alerts please do so when registering for classes & events. 7. I HEREBY AGREE NOT TO NOT TO SUE OR MAKE CLAIMS AGAINST TES, LCC 6.If any provision of this Agreement shall be rendered or declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, or by reason of its requiring any steps, actions or results, the remaining parts or portions of this Release shall remain in full force & effect. I HAVE READ THE FOREGOING ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISK, RELEASE OF LIABILITY INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, & SIGN IT FREELY & VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
